Borowski was born in 1969. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, at the Departments of Graphics and Painting in the atelier of professor Zbysław Maciejewski. Exhibitions: Colony, Nurnberg, Dusseldorfu, Soolingen, Jever, Tilburg, Sandomierz, Warsaw, Frankfurt, Gandawa, Rzeszów, Strasbourg, Mallorca, New York, and Bordeaux. He was awarded with a prize at Polish Competition on "Landscape in modern painting".
