About artist: Born in Warsaw. From 1935 to 1939 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in atelier of prof. Felicjan Szczęsny Kowarski and in atelier of prof. Leonard Pękalski. He painted fantasy compositions with vivid colours and expression. His best known cycles of works were: "At Women's house", "The Theatre", "My magician coach". He died in 1999.
