Born in 1940 in Warsaw. In 1965 he graduated with honours from the Division of Graphics and Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He got his diploma under the supervision of Professor Józef Mroszczak. After studies he practiced illustration and book graphics. He is a winner of about 20 prizes and awards in all Polish poster competitions. He participated in over 80 individual and group exhibitons (posters and painting) in France, Belgium, USA, Australia and others. His international career started from the exhibition in Hannover, were he presented his creation with a well-known German sculptor Johen Il.
